Lil Wayne Sees Retirement After
The Carter V

Look him in his face, and he may not
have worries, but Lil Wayne is still
realistic. He knows that there comes a
time where every rapper has to put the
mic up and call it quits. He believes his
time is after The Carter V.
We already mentioned I Am Not a
Human Being II is dropping February
2013, but looks like there may be just
one more LP after that and Weezy is
retiring. In his interview with MTV,
Weezy admitted that while his 10 year
career in the rap game has been
nothing short of amazing, he’s found a
love for other things outside of music.
“I’ve been rapping since I was 8
years old; I’m 30 now. That’s a long
time, and I like to do so many more
things, and when I like to do
something, I end up loving to do it
real quick. And I love to do
something, I’m fully focused on it
and it only, and music sometimes is
not that ‘it.’”
Obviously, there’s other rappers out
there more than 10 years his senior,
and still making moves. However, that
doesn’t seem to be in the cards for Lil
Wayne.
